Damp and moldy environments can cause allergy symptoms, coughing or wheezing and can worsen asthma for some people. Reactions vary; others may have no symptoms. These are general health findings, not measured benefits of our kits.

These material properties are not a promise of improved occupant health, disease prevention or a mold-free house.
A February 2, 2026 EnviroPro report commissioned by ThermaTech describes evaluations of three occupied homes. Two had low indoor mold-spore measurements compared with outdoor samples; a third had low reported VOC and mold-related VOC measurements. The report identifies Hayes Microbial Consulting and Enthalpy Analytical as the testing laboratories.
These were observations of specific homes—not a randomized or controlled comparison with conventional homes. The homes, wall configurations and sampling dates differed. Weather, moisture history, maintenance, ventilation and other conditions can affect measurements. One home had previously undergone drying and remediation after rain intrusion. The VOC comparison used a laboratory sample distribution, not a matched control group.
The report does not isolate the panels’ contribution, measure occupants’ health or establish a result for every future home. A low reading at one time is not a guarantee of ongoing indoor-air conditions.
