Moisture care, engineering & further reading

Treatment does not replace dry storage, flashing, drainage, or drying wet materials before enclosure. Correct HVAC sizing and humidity control matter. Prompt repair of roof, plumbing, and wall leaks helps prevent later moisture problems.

Structural and foundation engineering stamps may be available in selected states at additional cost, subject to a professional licensed in the project state and local approval.

*Fire-performance options apply only to 3300 and 4400. ASTM E84 surface-burning results are not an hourly wall-assembly rating. No treatment makes wood fireproof.
