Send us your prints and we can review them for panelization, prepare a material takeoff, and bid the dry-in kit in the configuration that works for your crew and jobsite.
A custom path, clearly scoped
Your design does not have to start in our catalog.
We can use your plan set to price uncut lumber bunks, precut wall components, preframed walls, or Thermatech exterior panels. Each accepted project is reviewed as its own job—then paired with the coordinated windows, exterior doors, siding, roofing, roof framing, sheathing, trim, and other dry-in materials in the written scope.
Engineering, stamps, code compliance, foundation design, local approvals, and unusual structural details are separate project-specific reviews and may add cost.

Feasibility review
We review the structure, openings, rooflines, materials, delivery access, and whether the plan is a practical fit for the program.
Takeoff and bid
If the plan is accepted, we prepare a project-specific material takeoff and price the wall system, dry-in scope, options, and delivery.
Confirm the package
You review the selections, alternates, allowances, exclusions, engineering needs, and final written scope before anything is ordered.

Thermatech panels are for the exterior walls. The package combines exterior framing and insulation before delivery, plus all coordinated dry-in materials. For the interior, choose full-length lumber bunks or preframed walls in REZ Wood or typical lumber.

The Thermatech assemblies themselves modeled at approximately R-20.5 to R-21.1; the higher numbers are comparative equivalents that include assumed air-leakage improvement, not directly tested Thermatech insulation ratings.

What may need extra review
Highly customized homes can require specialty sourcing.
Homes with one-off structural systems, complex curves or rooflines, oversized or specialty glazing, imported products, rare doors, or highly customized finishes may depend on specialty vendors and suppliers outside our standard program. Some may need a different delivery method, additional engineering, or may not be accepted.
That does not mean you should rule your project out. Send the plans and we will review the practical path, tell you what we can coordinate, and identify what should remain with your architect, engineer, contractor, or specialty supplier.
Better-coordinated buying
Put contractor supply channels to work for the house.
For accepted projects, we can coordinate package quantities and quote products through contractor and building-supply channels. That can make it easier to compare compatible windows, doors, siding, roofing, sheathing, framing, and hardware as one coordinated dry-in scope.
Brands, lead times, freight, availability, and contractor pricing vary by project, quantity, location, and market conditions. Every selection is confirmed in the written quote before purchase.
Why jobsite moisture matters
Mold spores are everywhere. Moisture gives them a place to grow.
Wood framing is not automatically a mold problem because it gets rained on once. The risk rises when porous materials stay damp, are stacked without airflow, or are enclosed before they dry. We believe the better approach combines moisture-aware storage and dry-in sequencing with carefully selected materials—including a REZ Wood option treated for resistance to mold, rot, and wood-boring pests.
No lumber treatment replaces sound flashing, drainage, ventilation, drying, or jobsite moisture control. Product claims, warranties, compatibility, and project conditions must be reviewed for the final selection.
